How do I place an order with Venta?
To place an order, you can send an email to sales@venta.global or if you prefer, you can order over the phone by calling +44 (0)1962 88 44 44.
We don’t sell via distributors; we deal directly with all our customers. So, contact us with any enquiry or order.
What is your cut off time for next day delivery?
All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day, if this is an off the shelf item which we have in stock. For anything else, we will discuss a dispatch date with you.
Please bear in mind, deliveries to Scotland and Ireland can sometimes take two working days.
What are your UK shipping options?
Shipments within the UK are sent on a TNT next day service, which arrives the next working day. Please bear in mind, deliveries to Scotland and Ireland can sometimes take two working days.
We do offer an expedited pre 12pm and a pre 10am service, however these incur a higher charge.
Customers are also welcome to pop in and collect an order in person. We just ask that you call or email us first to place the order so that we can ensure we have everything ready for you when you arrive.
What are your UK shipping costs?
For UK delivery (excluding Highlands & Islands) we charge £12.50.
For shipping to the Scottish Highlands & Islands incurs we charge £45.
The expedited pre 12pm service costs £25.
The expedited pre 10am service costs £35.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination. Shipping costs will be communicated to you at the point of order.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Some of our standard products have an MOQ. We will let you know if there is, and what it is before you place your order. MOQs also apply for custom products.
