Returns & Refunds 

What is your returns policy? 

In the case of an unwanted item, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of delivery. Goods will be checked upon their return to ensure they’re in a re-saleable condition. If they are not, then a 20% fee will be applied. 

How do I initiate a return? 

To initiate a return, please firstly contact our customer care team on +44 (0)1962 88 44 44 or at sales@venta.global. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will issue you a case number and an RMA number so we can identify the package upon its return. Please don’t return any items until we have sent you the RMA, as we won’t be able to identify who returned it and we will dispose of it.  

 

Warranty 

What warranty do you provide? 

We offer: 

  • A 3-year parts warranty as standard on our products. We may refuse to honour what is considered a warranty claim if we can’t find any fault with the product or if the product has been damaged.  
  • A parts & labour warranty. In addition to our standard offering of free parts to replace faulty products, Warranty+ covers both parts and labour at a rate of £25/hr. This is an annual subscription at a cost of £20/month Find out more 

How do I initiate a parts warranty claim? 

To initiate a warranty claim, please firstly contact our customer care team on +44 (0)1962 88 44 44 or at sales@venta.global. Please include details of the part number(s) affected, quantities and an overview of the issue and where possible photos and/or a video showing the issue.

We will issue you a case number and an RMA number so we can identify the package upon its return. We will arrange for a replacement part and arrange a collection of the faulty part(s). Please don’t return any items until we have sent you the RMA, as we won’t be able to identify who returned it and we will dispose of it.   

If the replacement is needed before the faulty item is returned to us, we will issue an invoice for the replacement. Upon return and inspection of the item, we will issue a credit.
